Seaweed Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
Dried laver5 gram
Egg (beaten)2 large
Diced scallion1/4 cup
Bonito soup base4 cup
Salt1/2 tsp
Ground white pepper1/8 tsp
Sesame oil1/8 tsp

Instructions
1.Boil the Bonito Soup Base in a small pot.
2.Rinse the dried laver (seaweed) and drain. Place the laver and scallion in a large soup bowl.
3.Add salt and white pepper to the soup for seasoning. Bring the soup to a boil; slowly add the beaten eggs in a circular motion. Turn off the heat and wait for 10 seconds. Gently stir the soup to make egg drops.
4.Pour the soup into the soup bowl and sprinkle with sesame oil.

雞蛋 (打散)2 個(大)
蔥花1/4
柴魚湯頭4
1/2 小匙
白胡椒1/8 小匙
麻油1/8 小匙

做法
1.柴魚湯頭在小鍋裡燒滾。
2.紫菜用水沖洗掉沙塵後濾乾,與蔥花一起擺在湯碗裡。
3.柴魚湯頭加鹽和白胡椒調味。讓湯大滾,徐徐以繞圓圈方式倒入蛋汁。馬上熄火,靜置10秒後輕輕攪拌出蛋花。
4.將蛋花湯倒入碗裡與紫菜略拌,再滴些麻油即可。
